Breaking records together: NPS 79

I’m excited to share Arelion’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) for 2025 which came in at 79 – the highest in our history. That’s not just a number, but a reflection of the trust and partnership we’ve built with our customers over the years. 

This year, customers gave us the highest marks in account management, procurement, and service delivery. When I look at what makes this possible, it’s simple: our people and our culture. Technology matters, of course – we run the world’s #1 Internet backbone – but at the heart of it all, this is a people business. And the feedback we received this year proves it. Here’s what some of our customers told us:

Why this matters 

In our industry, the average NPS is nowhere near 79. So, hitting this score means we’re doing something exceptional. It tells me that our approach of combining world-class connectivity with a customer-first mindset is working. 

We’ve invested heavily in making the experience seamless: 

  • Giving customers choice in how they interact with us – digitally or directly. 
  • Owning the process from order to operation, so things just work. 
  • Resolving issues fast, with some of the most skilled engineers in the business. 

Looking ahead 

The connectivity landscape is changing faster than ever. AI-driven applications, cloud-native architectures, and hyperscale platforms are redefining what “always-on” really means. Bandwidth demands are exploding, latency matters more than ever, and security is non-negotiable.
