Our work with channel partners is no exception. Therefore, I’m proud that Telia Carrier recently was recognized by ChannelVision as the ‘Most Responsive Supplier Channel Team’ in the 2020 Visionary Spotlight Awards, highlighting our Conflict-Free channel program:

Our channel program was designed to help partners in the North American and European markets effectively cross-sell our portfolio of leading services, including global IP Transit, Ethernet, MPLS, Cloud Connect, and SD-WAN services. Targeted toward value-added resellers and master agents, the program presents an opportunity to boost their portfolios with a set of solutions that both enhances and provides alternatives to their existing offerings. This includes easy-to-use portal for both customers and channel partners, enabling delivery of a superior end-user experience – and no channel conflicts, as our partners can work directly with a seasoned Telia Carrier Account Director.
Yes, our channel program aims to bolster sales, but at the end of the day it’s all about how to better service our customers. I see this accomplishment as a joint effort – thanks to the input from our existing channel partners, we have been able to create a successful process where, together, we deliver outstanding results.
