Arelion’s Channel Program awarded for six years running

Our customer-centric focus is our true differentiator in the competitive telecommunications industry, enabling us to build trust with the Technology Service Distributor (TSD) community by ensuring cooperation between Internet carriers’ channel partners and sales teams.

The Value of Education and Training

Our continued success in the Channel results from our expert technicians and over 30 years of organic network expansion, enabling us to simplify the complexities of global service delivery and network performance. Arelion’s global footprint encompasses 77,000 kilometers of fiber routes, providing access to over 350 Points-of-Presence (PoPs) distributed across 128 countries.

Arelion’s globally distributed service delivery teams are specialists in their respective markets, possessing contextual knowledge of our customers’ business needs, cultural values and technological requirements amid evolutions in the industry landscape. Supporting high bandwidths is our strength, with AI driving significant business opportunities in our Channel Program.

However, for all its technological innovations, the telecommunications industry is still built on interpersonal relationships. Over the past year, we’ve concentrated on training and educating Trusted Advisors on Arelion’s advantages, having added approximately 180 Trusted Advisors to our Channel Program since 2024. This work has paid off by significantly increasing the size of our sales funnel.

We’re also focused on supporting larger infrastructure providers, enabling us to serve financial services, manufacturing and other key sectors that rely on global connectivity.

Our Channel Program: A Year in Review

Arelion’s Conflict-Free Channel Program has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from partners since it began. We address customer inquiries within one business day and guarantee pricing parity, providing tailored expertise to support Trusted Advisors and TSDs. The program’s revenue grew continuously in 2024, particularly as our frontline staff maintained an 80 percent resolution rate without further trouble ticket escalation.

This world-class customer excellence was also reflected in our industry-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70 in 2024, with our NPS increasing 20% year-over-year in pursuit of improved service delivery experiences. An NPS measures how likely a customer is to recommend a company to a friend or colleague. This survey revealed glowing testimonials from our customers, including:

  • “The service provided is top-notch, and the level of support is outstanding“

In 2024, we also added numerous TSDs to enhance our ability to serve customers through our Conflict-Free Channel Program. Arelion began a strategic partnership with leading TSD Intellisys in October. This allows us to expand our North American enterprise channel and build relationships with additional Trusted Advisors through our #1 ranked global Internet backbone.

In May 2024, we also partnered with AVANT, one of the premier distributors of next-generation technologies. AVANT has extensive resources in EMEA, reinforcing its capability to support our enterprise market expansion. As part of this agreement, AVANT will integrate us into its Pathfinder tool, which helps Trusted Advisors forge data-driven conversations with their clients detailing the benefits of our leading IP and optical connectivity services.

We’ve also made significant hires to bolster our Channel Program, including Gagun Gahir (Head of Enterprise Sales, EMEA), Craig Jackson (Channel Manager, UK/EMEA) and Ryan Pelligrino (Channel Director – US East), enabling us to expand our sales footprint and build additional business relationships by providing connectivity where our customers need it most.

Our progress in the Channel this past year reflects our dedication to realizing our long-term goals, and we are thankful to once again be recognized in one of the industry’s leading publications. We look forward to continuing our momentum and serving new TSDs in 2026 through our portfolio of industry-leading connectivity services, including Wavelengths, IP Transit, DIA, Ethernet, DDoS Mitigation, and Cloud Connect.
